 Key Responsibilities

In this varied role, you will be essential to the daily presentation and operation of the Club. Your duties will include:

  • Meticulously cleaning all public areas, including lobbies, lifts, stairways, and restrooms to the highest standard.
  • Assisting with the manual handling and setup for events and functions, ensuring everything is prepared perfectly.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to member and guest requests, always upholding the Club’s values.
  • Managing stock and deliveries in the stores area, maintaining an organised and hygienic system.
  • Ensuring all housekeeping equipment is clean, properly stored, and ready for use.
  • Liaising with different departments to ensure a cohesive and organised approach to daily operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who meets the following criteria:

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping, cleaning, or similar role within a quality hotel or high-end hospitality environment is essential.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanour.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including 6:00 am starts and 10:30 pm finishes across weekdays and weekends.
