Key Responsibilities
In this varied role, you will be essential to the daily presentation and operation of the Club. Your duties will include:
- Meticulously cleaning all public areas, including lobbies, lifts, stairways, and restrooms to the highest standard.
- Assisting with the manual handling and setup for events and functions, ensuring everything is prepared perfectly.
- Responding promptly and professionally to member and guest requests, always upholding the Club’s values.
- Managing stock and deliveries in the stores area, maintaining an organised and hygienic system.
- Ensuring all housekeeping equipment is clean, properly stored, and ready for use.
- Liaising with different departments to ensure a cohesive and organised approach to daily operations.
Qualifications
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who meets the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping, cleaning, or similar role within a quality hotel or high-end hospitality environment is essential.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanour.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including 6:00 am starts and 10:30 pm finishes across weekdays and weekends.
