About the Role

At DISH, our Inside Sales & Retention team is the frontline of customer engagement, using a consultative approach to provide value and build lasting relationships. This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll handle inbound calls from both new and existing customers, assessing their needs and offering the best solutions from our portfolio of products and services, including DISH TV, Sling TV, and Boost Mobile.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the trusted voice of DISH, guiding customers and driving sales through service.

• Handle 100% inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, positioning and selling DISH products and services.
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best-fit solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and retain business.
• Effectively manage your time between customer engagement and necessary data entry.
• Maintain resilience and a positive attitude, bouncing back from challenging calls to focus on long-term success.

What You’ll Need

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work full-time on-site and be flexible for shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• A competitive spirit, strong persuasion skills, and a growth mindset.

• Access to a smartphone-device with an active network connection.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
