Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Team Member, you’ll ensure our store operates smoothly and presents its best self every day. Your core duties will focus on cleanliness, safety, and support across all departments:
- Perform all daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks for the sales floor, restrooms, seating areas, and back offices.
- Support various store teams with specific cleaning projects and respond to cleaning emergencies promptly.
- Help maintain the store’s exterior, including landscaping and parking lot cleanliness.
- Perform minor repairs and assist with ordering necessary maintenance supplies.
- Follow all safety procedures, immediately report any hazards, and adhere to food safety and health regulations.
- Provide courteous and efficient service while interacting with customers and fellow Team Members.
