Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you’ll be the face of quality and reliability for our customers. Your core duties will include:
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of electronic security systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Installing and commissioning new security technologies, keeping pace with industry evolution.
- Delivering exceptional, high-quality service that strengthens customer trust and relationships.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and communicating professionally with clients on-site.
Qualifications
We value both technical skill and a great attitude. The ideal candidate for our team will possess:
- Proven technical experience in installing, servicing, or maintaining security systems or in a closely related industry.
- A positive, team-focused mindset with a collaborative and can-do approach to work.
- Strong professional communication skills for clear interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with major security brands like Inner Range, Protégé, Gallagher, Paradox, Bosch, Hikvision, or Hanwha is beneficial, though training is available.
- Relevant security qualifications such as a COA, Site Safe certification, or equivalent licensing.
- A full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence and eligibility to work in New Zealand.
