Key Responsibilities

• Guest Guidance: Guide guests through drink and food menu selections, customizing recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Dietary Accommodations: Apply thorough knowledge of menu modifications to match guests dietary needs and preferences.
• Drink Preparation: Maintain drink standards and consistency through high volume service, crafting cocktails with precision and care.
• Workplace Cleanliness: Consistently keep work areas clean and in compliance with sanitation requirements and health regulations.
• Inventory Management: Maintain stocked inventory within limited space, communicating needs to management promptly.
• Team Communication: Communicate effectively with the management team and fellow staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all company rules and regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Team Support: Be willing to work as a team even outside of your position responsibilities, including serving, answering phones, bussing tables, and running food as needed.
• Certification: Obtain ServSafe and RAMP certification as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of bartending experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant required.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Personable and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
• Timely and responsible with reliable attendance.
• Willing to work as a team player, supporting colleagues across different roles.
• Part time availability required.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Desire to progress to a management position is a plus.
