Key Responsibilities

  • Work effectively with store management and store crews to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Supervise the store’s crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
  • Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints, promoting the CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers.
  • Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy, promoting a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
  • Maintain customer and patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays, signs, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
  • Execute the display and maintenance of off shelf merchandise and reset departments following Planograms.
  • When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, lead the store staff, ensure operations run smoothly, and complete all opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills are required. Advanced communication skills and supervision skills are essential. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise is required. Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
