Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our installation crew, you will work alongside our qualified Solar Electricians to deliver top-quality systems. Your primary duties will include:
- Assisting with the safe and efficient installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels on both residential and commercial rooftops across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
- Performing roofing-related tasks, including setting up equipment, handling materials, and ensuring secure mounting of panel arrays.
- Working at heights safely in accordance with all certification requirements and company safety protocols.
- Providing on-site support to the lead electrician, helping with system layout, cable management, and general site labouring.
- Maintaining a professional, customer-focused demeanor at all job sites and ensuring worksites are left clean and tidy.
Qualifications
This role requires specific safety credentials and relevant hands-on experience. To be successful, you must have:
- Proven experience in Roofing or Solar PV installation.
- A current Construction White Card.
- A valid Working at Heights certification.
- A current driver’s licence.
- A strong work ethic, a reliable “can-do” attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good physical health and fitness to meet the demands of the role.
- A well-presented, professional appearance and a customer-focused mindset.
