This is a hands-on position where you’ll split your time between the warehouse and the road, playing a key part in delivering our premium products to customers across Auckland. Key Responsibilities
Your role will be central to our daily operations, combining logistics with customer service. Your key duties will include:
- Safely delivering frozen and ambient food products across Auckland in a company vehicle (Class 1 licence).
- Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders from our warehouse.
- Receiving, checking, and processing incoming international stock.
- Conducting quality checks, including monitoring product expiry and best-before dates.
- Loading and unloading containers and delivery vehicles.
- Assisting with regular stocktakes and packing sample orders for our sales team.
- Performing general warehouse duties, including working in freezer environments with provided protective gear.
Qualifications
We are looking for a team player with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have:
- A full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence. The ability to drive a manual vehicle is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and a reliable, punctual nature.
- The physical fitness to handle manual tasks and lift items up to 25kg.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand.
- A forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential as training can be provided.
- Comfort working in cold environments, as required for freezer storage areas.
