Key Responsibilities
In this essential manufacturing role, you will be at the heart of our operations. Your core duties will include:
- Operating, monitoring, and performing basic troubleshooting on production machinery to ensure optimal efficiency and output.
- Managing material changes and feeding systems to maintain a seamless production flow.
- Actively participating in our Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S initiatives to promote workplace organization, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Strictly adhering to all quality control checks and safety regulations, ensuring every product meets our high standards.
- Working collaboratively within a shift schedule to support our 24/7 operations and meet production goals.
Qualifications
