Key Responsibilities
Your expertise will be crucial in minimizing downtime and maintaining our high standards. Your key duties will include:
- Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical and electronic systems on all production machinery to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Performing scheduled preventive maintenance and保养 (maintenance) tasks to enhance equipment longevity and reliability.
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of the factory’s HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and cooling towers.
- Working independently and collaboratively within a shift rotation to provide comprehensive technical support.
- Proactively identifying potential issues and assisting in implementing effective solutions.
- Completing all maintenance logs and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable and skilled technician who possesses the following:
- Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical/electronic industrial machinery.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and practices.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, particularly industrial air conditioning and cooling towers, is highly advantageous.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- A proactive and detail-oriented work ethic with a strong commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness and ability to work in a full-time shift rotation schedule.
