Your Key Responsibilities

You will perform essential tasks that keep our distribution center operating smoothly and safely.

• Accurately pick customer orders using voice-pick systems, scanners, or automated pick carts, ensuring the right products and quantities are selected.
• Load products onto route delivery trucks safely and efficiently, using roller carts or by hand.
• Manage inventory by uploading returned products and cardboard from trucks back into the system.
• Stack, bundle, and prepare cardboard for recycling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment through regular sanitation and cleanup duties.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques.
• Participate in team meetings to stay informed and contribute to continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for individuals who combine practical skills with a strong team ethic.

• Essential: Proven experience operating a forklift is required.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
• Strong physical capability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety.
• A strong asset: A valid Class G driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
