Key Responsibilities
As a vital part of our operations team, you will ensure the accurate and efficient flow of products through our warehouse. Your primary duties will include:
- Accurately picking and preparing products for shipment based on customer orders using Radio Frequency (RF) equipment.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, pallets, and transport equipment safely and efficiently.
- Performing essential warehouse tasks such as sorting, wrapping, packing, and labeling to meet shipping deadlines.
- Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts.
- Inspecting products for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies.
- Operating assigned warehouse equipment and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Adhering to all company safety standards and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are ready to contribute to our team’s success. The ideal applicant will have:
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment; we provide training for motivated individuals.
- A strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the flexibility to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a collaborative, customer-service mindset.
- The physical ability to perform tasks in a warehouse setting, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and using manual dexterity throughout a 12-hour shift.
- For candidates residing in Quebec, functional French (written and spoken) is required.
