Essential Duties And Responsibilities
In this key operational role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of our critical hardware inventory. Your daily tasks will include:
- Receiving, inspecting, sorting, and storing incoming goods, ensuring all items are correctly labelled and systematically stored.
- Preparing orders for shipment with high accuracy, picking and packing components to meet strict shipping schedules.
- Operating warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and hand trucks, safely and efficiently for loading and unloading.
- Maintaining precise digital records of inventory levels, locations, and all inbound/outbound transactions.
- Conducting regular cycle counts and participating in full inventory audits to ensure data integrity.
- Upholding the highest standards of warehouse safety, organization, and cleanliness at all times.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
Qualifications And Skills
We are looking for a proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or logistics training is a plus.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in operating standard warehouse machinery; forklift certification is advantageous.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese are essential. Basic ability to read and write in English is required.
- Good computer skills for inventory management systems and data entry.
- A reliable, safety-conscious work ethic and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
