Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be the heart of our operations on the ground, ensuring our wind turbines operate safely and efficiently. Your day will be dynamic and impactful.

  • Perform essential maintenance, repairs, and component replacements on wind turbines to maximize their operational uptime.
  • Conduct thorough safety and equipment inspections, adhering to our industry-leading safety protocols at all times.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with a close-knit team to share knowledge and improve overall turbine performance.
  • Accurately document all work activities, including time coding, maintenance reports, and parts usage, to ensure clear operational records.

Qualifications

We value a strong work ethic and a safety-first mindset above all. If you have a mechanical or technical aptitude, we are eager to train you.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Graduation Certificate) is required.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
  • You are physically capable of working at significant heights (up to 100 meters) and in various environmental conditions, and can lift up to 50 lbs.
  • A comfort with using hand and power tools, and the ability to carefully follow technical procedures and safety instructions.
  • Strong English communication skills are necessary to understand instructions, document work, and ensure team safety.
  • The combined weight of the individual and their required safety gear must not exceed 300 lbs.
